Yesterday we left Jordan and crossed the border to Israel. Security is tight getting into Israel. Yesterday we visited Beth She an, a Roman Ruin dating to the first century. Today we started on the Mount of Beatitudes. It is a beautiful place. Next we visited St Peters Primacy. And then onto Capernaum, it was fascinating considering it was most likely where Christ lived and did a great deal of his ministry. Then it was off for a cruise on the Sea of Galilee. Our final stop today was at the Jordan River. Here are a few photos from the day. The Synagogue in Capernaum a place where Jesus most definitely walked was a great experience.
